POCOSERIO is dedicated to selling custom handmade items and ready-made pieces created from T-shirts and music band materials. All products are original creations; we do not sell official or licensed band merchandise, and any third-party name or logo is used solely for descriptive and identification purposes.

Returns: Customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to request a return. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is not returned in the same condition in which it was received.

If the return is due to our error (visible defects not specified in the product description, incorrect items, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns are processed through the post office, and the exact address will be sent to the customer once the return is requested. Refunds will be processed once we receive the item and confirm it is in perfect condition.
