International Shipping
Orders shipped outside mainland Spain may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of our products or services and are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must pay them upon delivery of the package.
Sending garments for alteration
If the customer wishes to send us a garment for alteration from outside the Spanish peninsula, they must send it via a certified or tracked mail service.
Should Spanish customs authorities apply taxes, duties, or any other charges for the entry of the garment into Spain, these costs will be borne entirely by the customer. The workshop will not be responsible for customs expenses arising from the importation of garments sent for alterations.
We recommend that our customers consult their country's customs regulations and shipping conditions before shipping the garment.
