– Send us your own t-shirt: you will receive an email with the steps to follow to send it so that we can make your corset.

– A t-shirt will be selected based on your preferences: I'll use the information you provided about your favorite bands and t-shirt styles to find the perfect option. You'll need to send me pictures of the t-shirts you like, and then I'll send you some options via your mobile number so you can choose the one you like best.

– Production time: Once I have the t-shirt, the corset will be made in approximately 2 to 3 days. As it is a handmade process, this timeframe may vary.

– Inquiries about your order: you can always send me a message to check the status of your order or any questions during the manufacturing process.

1. Personalized and handcrafted products. All our corsets are handmade and customized according to the measurements, t-shirts, and preferences specified by the customer. In accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Law , custom-made or personalized products are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal , unless they have manufacturing defects or errors.

2. Order Errors: If the customer incorrectly completes the required fields (measurements, shirt choice, bands, etc.) and the order cannot be fulfilled , we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order and offer:

5. Products with manufacturing defects If the corset has manufacturing defects , a full refund or replacement of the product will be made according to the customer's preference, at no additional cost.

6. Timeframes and communication For any issues or refund requests, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order , clearly stating the reason.

7. Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for changes of mind, incorrect sizes sent by the customer, or personal preferences, due to the personalized nature of the product.
